  • I forgot my password

    If you forgot your password you can have it resent to you. Click here to have your password resent to you. If you do not receive the email containing your password. Try checking your spam folder. It's possible the email containing your password is in your spam folder.

  • How do i download the movies?

    Go to the scene you want to download. Under the video player you will see the video links. You need to right click and then click on save as. You will then be able to download the video to your computer.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Canceling your membership is easy. Using the cancel membership drop down. Select the biller you used to create your membership with. If you do not remember who your biller was select "I Don't Remember My Biller".

  • Which web browsers are recommended to be used with our sites?

    We support all the latest versions of major web browsers but not all browsers offer the same benefits in speed and security. For the best experience we recommend that you use Google Chrome or Firefox.

  • I can't log in, why is that?

    You may be using the wrong username/password combination to log in. Try to copy and paste your login information. Check the purchase confirmation email we sent you upon signing up. If you can’t find it, try checking your email account's spam folder.

     

    It is also possible that your membership may have been locked. We may temporarily lock your membership if we feel your account has been compromised. We may lock accounts due to sudden increases in the number of login attempts.

  • Why does video keep buffering?

    It is possible that you do not have a fast enough internet connection. You can select the lower bit rate video clip. In most cases this solves buffering problems.

  • Why Are My Download Speeds slow?

    If you are experiencing slower download speeds. It is possible there is a technical problem with your internet provider. We highly recommend you use googles free dns service. This usually solves this problem. You can find out how to use googles free dns server by visitng this link.
